Changing Lives™ has deployed excellent governance processes and procedures and ensures efficient reporting on all projects.

Together Changing Lives™ understands the importance of focus and service delivery and in light thereof has initiated its first 3 projects.

The projects identified are:

• Upliftment of the homeless and destitute;
• Programmes to highlight the negative impact of drug use within high schools in association with the Sundt Memorial Foundation (California, USA); and
• Catering to the needs of underprivileged and ill small children and babies.
